The Cherokee struggled against the Wolves 9-1 in home game

During the first, Weyh opened the scoring for Lansing with a goal at 2:57 with a helper from Smith. Smith put in what turned out to be the game winning goal at 18:18 with helpers from his teammates Diver and Schramm.

In the second period, Weyh netted a goal at 0:49 with assists from Smith and Weaver. Daum deposited a goal at 9:20 with helpers from Diver and Deratany. Deratany scored a goal at 13:04 with assists from his linemates, Daum and Ashley. Felser finally put the Cherokee on the board with a goal at 15:48 with helpers from his linemates, Carter and Snyder. Ashley quickly followed with a goal at 16:16 with assists from his linemates, Daum and Deratany.

During the third, Deratany deposited a goal at 9:25 with helpers from Osinski and Ashley. Osinski quickly followed with a goal at 9:50 with assists from Zucker and Echelbarger. Schramm netted a goal at 12:54 with helpers from his linemates, Weyh and Smith.
